What is the correct length of the jack mast while we are in discussion, i would be interested in that also.

Finally got around to digging mine out of the trunk (evicted some rodent that had moved in too.
Here is the mast. Looks like just shy of 35 1/2" long.

...and here is the base. Appears devoid of any stamped numbers at all...

I thought the 70 had the solid t-style jack...maybe they used both?

Dad bought the car new in '69, and this is the one that came with it, so I'm guessing both...
