383 A-body exhaust manifold hardware photos

Can someone post photos of the correct locations for the exhaust hardware? It appears they are different from regular big block? I have a kit for 68 big block (actually ended up by accident collecting 2 from 2 different companies over the years of buying). They both come with 2 long and 2 shorter sleeve nuts. Did some hunting and see now specific kits for 383 A-body that show 1 long and 4 short.

I am not clear which one would get the long and short two me there should be 2 long on passenger side and 1 long and 2 short on drivers side.

Also, what is used on the driver's flange to the head pipe? Standard exhaust flange bolt/nut appear to be too long for the top hole as the manifold has that funky bend to it.
