1970 Service Manual Headlight Warning Buzzer Diode

Howdy,

I'm trying to find the correct diode orientation for my Road Runner. Service manual for Valiant, 'Cuda, and Fury show same orientation current flowing from yellow to red. Belvedere schematic shows current flowing red to yellow. Jules had a thread on E body diode a while back which matched service manual orientation. Thanks Moparts, miss Jules a ton....

If you need the diode itself, it is a 1N4004 1Amp diode. The white band on the diode is the bar end of the schematic diode. They seldom go bad but they do get lost.
