I bought a 69 Plymouth with the V7X double thin twin stripe from front to rear along the car about door handle high. Was this accent stripe painted?

What kind of Plymouth? Road Runner was a single stripe.

The V7_ is a painted accent stripe.

Anything noted as "double thin" would indicate you're talking about the Sports Stripe (V6_). The sports stripe was/is two stripes that run parallel under the fender/door/quarter the length of the car.

The Accent Stripe (V7_) is a painted, singular stripe that runs near the same location the length of the car as well.

Thes stripes were both much higher than the door handle from the factory. Take a photo and show us what you have.

The stripes on my 70 Sport Satellite were painted on . . . I chose to replicate them with the tape stripe of same size. . .

Hello A12rag, different topic but I noticed the pic of your 70 Satellite. I have a build sheet for a St. Louis built 70 Satellite, purple, black top and interior, 318, a/c, auto, buckets, road wheels, etc... It was in the back seat of a 70 GTX I had a while back. If you message me, I'll give you my phone number and if it's for your car, I'll send it to you free.
Thanks, Gary F. member LYMGTX.

Believe me or not, I will try to paint those stripes by myself but have to know the exact thickness and distance between the two lines
Thanks for help

I have a rule of thumb, though I always have to count backwards to remind myself.

V6- and V7- are longitudinal.

V8- and V9- are bumblebees.

The first set of each are decals (V6- and V8-).

The second set are painted (V7- and V9-).

Sounds right?
