Interior rear view mirrors, any repop glass out there?

I am wanting to rebuild a few 68-70 style B-body interior day/night rear view mirrors. Is there anyone repopping the glass? Also how do you dis-assemble these with out damaging anything? Any one have any experience with these?

I'd like to know this also. I took the glass out of my mirror also and the silver coating came off the back. The glass is just kind of glued in.
