Part of the answer is in your question... FJ6 "F"= 1970. FJ6 and FM3 were introduced in early 1970 and first cars were built late February.

It came out at the same timing as Moulin Rouge/Panther Pink...Spring of 1970

Remember, the first character of the paint code tells you the model year that the paint color was first used:
E = 1969
F = 1970
G = 1971
So, FJ6 would be first used in 1970.
The best one is butterscotch/bahama yellow, code EL5, which was first used in 1969, went away for 1970, and came back in 1971.
