NOS 1971 Hemi Dipstick Correct????

I always thought that the original hemi dipsticks from 1970 and 1971 had white on the top of the dipstick loop? Here's one that has red on the top of the dipstick loop, Mopar part number 3614982. Is this correct?

It's correct for an NOS replacement, but it's not correct for production line

That's what I thought too. Wrong color, but the shape and construction all looks right to me, other than the crazy bends in the dipstick itself.........
