It would be a simple thing to make! But may be cost prohibitive for someone to do so
I have a mold maker that makes me lots of custom lead molds.
I cast lots of lead. Sitting on 3000#'s of as I type.
3 things would be I would needed.
Minimum run is 10 molds made per run. Do to drawing them up and set up time to run.
So would be into that at $1000.00-$1200.00 Plus for each size. Selling enough weights just to brake even would never happen.
I mainly get Brass customs made vs Aluminum
I normally run 2 molds at same time with the bottom pour pot. the other 8 I would be stuck with as selling them would defeat me doing them as others would just under cut or be a completing with me.
So would need to be one run one size weight.
Be costly to have 10 molds for 1 oz. 10 for 1/2 oz etc.
And the other would be a source to clips.
Yes I have lots of clips when I smelt down old weights, into ingots. Maybe a new weight maker would out source me some clips? But again would need to buy in bulk
But the mold would need to be made for the shape of clip used if that makes sense.
And the main thing is is this copy righted part? No one would want to get sued
