Is there anyone that can do this?

1970 E-body, five speaker set in this case, so three different speaker types.

Not much of a website but this guy advertises locally in car show magazines that he does complete speaker restoration and reconing.

Does he need any cores? I have about ten sets of used small original speakers for E Body dashes.

I did this for my 67 coronet. ( not with the recommended on here).. Not sure why I did it, wish I would have upgraded to a more modern speaker and an FM rebuild of my stock AM radio..

I have had many speakers reconed by Rick at Jackson Speaker service. I used to sell them on E bay and did well with them. He can do all sizes and turns them around in about a week most times. Used to cost 35 bucks a speaker no matter what size.

When I had mine done by him in 2011 or 2012, it was $50 per speaker.

Whooo...60 bucks per now.

I was hunting down cores like mad years ago in like 2002-2005 for him to recore. I had sent him like 50 or more speakers during those years and they all got done at 35 per. I sold them on E bay anywhere from 75-125 bucks per speaker. Sold all of them except these few I kept for myself. Glad I kept them.
Hope they last longer in a box indoors than in a car dash out doors now that there 10 years old already. Damn time flys.

Just had mine done by him as well...not so great in the communication dept but turnaround time was about two weeks...it was 62 return shipped...not really a restoration just a recone...the magnets don't get reenergized and of course no stamping/marking is restored

Not like there are lots of options for some cars. The center speaker in my '71 is an oddball no one makes a reproduction for and it was in tatters.

Since I wanted to keep the AM radio in the car, my path lead to Jackson Speaker.
