Door Jamb Switch Identification B-Body? Source

1972 Road Runner, I want to replace each door jamb switch. I have tried everywhere and cannot find a source. I can only find the 2 prong units. Mine is a 3 needle type switch. Maybe someone replaced the wiring along the way?
