Are they rusted ? I would go evaporust or kroil if you can find it.

Mike not frozen but they have a sticky spot or two, I would really like them to move freely, the are for the front window of my 37

Can you drive the pin out? Then you could clean all the pieces & put it back together.
Are they bent? That would cause tight spots too.

Jsta' lite warm up with a propane torch and some WD40 should do the trick

Lube/unstick = 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF or PB Blaster.
Derust = Evaporust
Make them smooth and last another 50 years = disassemble and machine to straight smooth bores and a fresh, straight pin.
I'm looking into this for my van hinges, but the side and rear door hinge halves on the doors are riveted. I'll have to machine in place or disturb the rivets, which I'd prefer not to do...

Mix diesel fuel and ATF in a 50-50 ratio....works like a champ!

GIBBS... can get it in spray cans or gallon container...Farmers use it to free up seized equipment left out during winter months...Ive used it on antique firearms with no damage to the original finish.. 
Looking at the pin gaps they do look bent..
