71 Cuda pass side mirror location

Hello, I need to add a mirror on the passenger side door, i'm not 100% sure about the mounting location. Would it be located on the same spot of the door as the driver side mirror?

.....side note, the centerline of the holes are located approx 3/4" down fro the top door edge
