'69 B Body White Interior Pics - 01/26/15 06:15 PM
Can someone post some pics of a '69 B-Body white interior? Mine was originally green that someone changed to black (and not a very good job) so I was tossing around changing it to white since I have a white top on my Coronet. Not sure what all is white or black on the white interior.
Thanks!

Thanks, everyone. I was wondering if I would have to repaint the doors from black to white. Looks like I would.

It's not a 100 point OEM show car so if it were me and I wanted white and didn't want to spend 2k doing an interior that's supposed to be green ....
Just throwing that option out there , 75% of gwakers won't know if it's right or wrong ...
Ok, didn't know if he wanted to do part of it or the whole thing like it was done originally. Just wanted to give what information would have been correct for that interior. But you are right, 75% of the people who would be looking at the car probably wouldn't know the difference.

'68 white interiors used different color door metal (matching dash, etc, AKA "contrasting color"); but for '69 & '70, those surfaces were white.

White interiors of that era all had a contrasting color: black, green, blue, etc. What I'm referring to is the door treatments on the Road Runner B-bodies of the era. I believe the GTX & Sport Sat were also that way, as was a '68 Charger I owned, though it of course had the (white) padded uppers. Its headliner was white, and my '69 RR was black. So Dodge may have done white interiors differently for the Coronets.
It's best in any case to view the Trim & Color Guides on the Hamtramck Historical site if known-original cars aren't handy, and you'll see what I'm saying.
