wheel cover codes on 69 dart build sheet.

Code W11 is on the build sheet for my 69 340 swinger. Is this mag wheel covers, penny caps, etc?

Awesome! Thanks! Those are the wheel covers that came with it, but the Grandpa and grandson argued if they were the right ones. I was hoping for mags....or better yet...w23.

the car was sold in. Does anyone know which plant the recall wheels were cast in?
