bumper jack question

I have a bumper jack, I think is from a 69 roadrunner... only writing is RH INC... is there any date code/etc on the actual jack piece

On the mechanism that the hook attaches to, there is usual a date code stamped into one of the rivets, or into the mech itself. Something like 9J = Sept 1969
