71 doesn't get blacked out, that is a 70 thing.

I know they did that on light colored cars and have seen here dark ones didn't, did some dark ones get the rad blackout?

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't they stop doing the cowl blackout and pinch welds on the rockers in late '70 at least with some of the colors?
