71 Chall HT drip rail window channel gap at quarter?

71 Chall HT drip rail window channel gap at quarter? - 06/08/14 11:10 PM

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is supposed to be a quarter inch gap between the back/outside of the window channel and the quarter panel, where it drops into the quarter?

See pics of what I'm asking about.

Yep. Looks just like mine. Almost the same color too.

My 71 R/T is 1/16 on the passenger side and 1/4 on the drivers side.

It's 1971 not 2011 - these guys just slapped these things together
