Front End Suspension Noise

Hey guys I have a 70 BB Challenger, front suspension was rebuilt approx. 2 years ago. Car steers and handles normally. When I load the car's right side suspension it makes a popping noise when the car comes back level. I thought we greased the torsion bars and sockets pretty well. Someone offered it could be improper torque of the LCA during reassembly. Thanks for any and all advice.
