Where is the best place to get a variable speed wiper motor for my '68 cuda? The motor that was in it when I bought it is a '68 b body three speed motor.

Maybe. I know that they had different part numbers according to the white book...

Maybe. ...I'm not really all that concerned about part numbers, but jest get one that fits. The one I have definitely needs to be redone. I'll use it as a core for a new one.

Just curious, how exactly does it not "fit"?

Mine does fit, but someone did a really bad home repair job on it so it needs to be redone. What I mean by "just get one that fits" is that I don't care if it has the correct part numbers. I want one that is redone correctly.

OK, now I understand. I would try here; http://www.passion4mopars.com
I have not dealt with them myself, but have heard many good comments here and on other Mopar sites.

I haven't had mine rebuilt with them either, but I would if it's going to need it. I did buy some parts and Kim is a very nice person to talk with and helpful.

Kim has been a great help, but doesn't have the motor I need. Does anyone sell the motors outright?

autoxcuda with a November 1968 SPD I would expect to see a 2983033. Did you mean a November 67 SPD?
