1970 Challenger Details - Cowl - 04/10/14 07:22 AM

Hi guys, I'm looking to find variables on 1970 Challenger cowl sheet metal. Here is a pic of one example (383 RT/SE Los Angeles car). I'm looking for other picture examples to compare with. If you could post a picture (drivers side, same view as my pic), the original plant and engine combo I'd REALLY appreciate it!

Thanks!

Any clues as to what we are actually looking at & from what direction - LH door jamb? is that the upper door hinge?

I would gladly take a pic of my 70, however, can you take a wider angle shot and more info?

Don't know if this will help 928spd A66 Hamtramck car original paint.

Where is the L bracket to fasten the rear of the fender? Was it even there?

Its the drivers side upper cowl area that you can see when you open the door and look toward the font/center of the car.

Thanks guys, The pics showing the whole cowl are not what I need, I need various close ups of the drivers side cowl where the pieces come together and are welded, just like the view in my photo. See that flat sheet metal piece on top with the two whitish drip marks leading down to the door hinge bolts? That's the flange I need pics of. Open the drivers door, look forward into the cowl, that's the area I need.
