Actually much easier than you might think. I have done it and once you see how and do one it's very easy. Check out this thread

Well I had some 70 b body seat tracks I had to take apart a few months ago and they came right apart. These seemed the same type but tighter so I did not work long at them. I'll work on them later and I bet they will come apart the same as the b body ones I did earlier.
