What is the right sequence to install the filler neck..? Grommet in the tank and then try to get the filler neck in... of put grommet on the neck first....?? Not easy.....

grommet in tank first, then slip in filler neck(try a little wd -40) did u get that e brake piece I sent u ?

Silicone spray works well as an install lube and doesnt leave a mess.

Just put mine in last night. New ECS tank installed Saturday. I sprayed windex on my filler tube. Real nice tight fit, no binding. But after mounting the bracket and clamp, the filler tube raised up a tad so it's not 90 degrees to the grommet. I don't think it will be an issue though.
