1970 Duster Door Panels - 01/20/14 03:40 AM

Was looking at a '70 Duster and noticed it had deluxe/woodgrain insert door panels. Was this part of a package or available by themselves and would it be coded on the tag either way? Thanks

The code should be on the tag, A88, which would include a deluxe three spoke steering wheel, wood grain on the door panels and rear arm rests with ashtray.

Thanks for the info. Also on this same car,it has what I assume is the original front split bench seat. But it is a combo of vinyl and cloth and no headrest.I do not know if the seat covers are original or recovered.Did they offer vinyl and cloth seats in 1970? Also didn't all seats have head rest?

there was a cloth bench available. All bench seats had headrests in 1970

Other then upper door frame paint color, why would an interior option be on the fender tag? I thought the tag just showed the codes that required different body parts/mods.
