Anybody have any pics of this front lower valence insert mounted to a challenger??

How is it mounted?

any help appreciated.....

I know right side is broken with small piece missing......this is up for grabs by the way....I have one that is fully intact for my car.......

Photobucket is down right now. When it comes back up I'll post a picture. Remember to paint the lip silver. I see a lot of cars missing that silver lip.

It mounts in the valence. It has nothing to do with the grill.

Put the aluminum trim on the valence first. Then install the plastic piece. You'll want to install the valence after the bumper is installed. I just had it attached to the car to keep it safe and out of the way.

I had a damaged one on my 73. I removed it and replaced it with a good one. You can do it with everything intact on the frontend: header, grill, bumper, valance. It comes off quite easily...

Do you happen to have a picture of it actually mounted when everything is there??

Or pics of it on the valance and what hardware is used to attach it.......

My car never had one....just saw a pic one time and liked the look.....so pardon the stupidity......lol

There are those stamped steel nuts that push onto the valence tabs. The bolts are very small with a captive washer. I think they are very similar to the four fasteners that hold the dash in at the base of the windshield...except they are black phosphate. They might say SEM on the head. I may have an extra bolt at home I can look at.

With the bumper and license plate bracket installed, it's not that visible unless you really look for it.
