There are a couple fellows on here that do steering wheels.
The first that comes to mind is member "stwheels" up here in Alberta.

What type of wheel? They are reproducing woodgrains for under $450.

Don't use the Miller guy out of Virginia, he did a terrible job on my B-body woodgrain. Sent it to plumcrazy beeper above and it turned out great !!

I've heard a lot of good things about plumbeepers work. One of the restoration shops here in Indiana uses his steering wheels.
