What is the best way to remove haze from the red plastic lenses? Tried the search function on this site with no results and I would rather hear from someone on this site rather than some google search result. Thanks.

You can also glass bead them and have them clear coated.

You can get allot of improvement just by rubbing the Mothers on the lenses with a soft cloth but I was dealing with some pretty serious scratches so I actually sanded the lenses with 800 grit then polished with Mothers & a buffer....

And.. If Domingo happens to chime in he really did an outstanding job on some 70 Challenger lenses... They look better than NOS...

You avoid sanding there & polish it with the Mothers as best you can....

If it's not a points car you can just sand them off and be done with it.

Meguiars has allot of decent products, their Plastic Cleaner #17 & Polish #18 aren't among them...

The Mothers worked great. Even used it on the reverse lenses which were heavily oxidized and coated in black soot. Did it all by hand as the lenses were not too badly scratched. Thanks again Randy.
