Okay, not THAT kind of help!

I have three sets of Barracuda rear seat panels. One set has the thin woodgrain upper and lower inserts, from a Gran Coupe if I recall. I also have a set with the thin woodgrain inserts BUT the panels also have rear ash receivers down low by the seat bottom. The last set has the inserts, but rather than a woodgrain, they are a red-orange color. What years/options did these originally come from? Are all of these from Gran Coupes? Thanks, E-gurus!

All are Gran Coupe, the red insert came when the Black & White cloth seats were ordered, the Black & White cloth seats had red piping as well...

So when would a car have come with the rear ash trays?

Darren,

Not sure, but I believe Gran Coupe and SE only.

...What I've found interesting about that{P5X9} interior was the pre-production pic you've linked and also the 70 Barracuda dealer brochure show the red piping in a different location{on the seat} than the actual production run...The pic in the dealer brochure was one of an actual car so somewhere the was/is a vehicle with what probably is a one of one interior with the proposed red piping location...
