My R/T had them, and I will most likely see the guy who bought it next weekend. I can see if he will trace the holes for you. Someone out there has to have one.

You might want to give Wayne a call (THERAMMAN Moparts member) 817 691 5996 (Texas) he has some templates for the 69 SBee hood scoops, MIGHT have the templates for the side scoops

If you have the scoops, you can make your own template. On my car, the front holes are 5 5/16" from the front of the quarter. The top front hole is 4 3/4" from the top body line. Does this help?
