source for 57 Dodge gas tank grommet

Anyone know of a source for 57 Dodge gas tank grommet. I'm not exactly sure what it looks like, but it is a molded part. An elderly gentleman who lives near me has a 57 Dodge with the D500 option that has been off the road sine the early 70's and he cannot find the correct grommet for his gas tank.
