Thanks Barry! With the standard woodgrain wheel, was the horn pad blue also?

Horn pad - Yes.

Blue column also with the rallye cluster, black column with the std. cluster.

Edit - For the 1970 model year anyway, I have not noted any other years.

The car in question is a '71 with the standard dash.
