In '71, was a Cuda's grilled painted body color if the car was ordered with G36 painted mirrors? Paint color is B5 if that makes a difference.

B5 Should have the colored key grille, (painted grille).
The cars with the colors: EV2,FC7,FE5,FJ6,GB5,GF7,GK6,GW3 and GY3 have the painted grille options.

I thought they were not options but were standard with those colors?

definitely a standard item when you got those colors- nothing to do with any other options such as mirrors or rubber bumpers. you also got the lower valance insert in body color.
