can uni body frames be rust repaired - 07/11/12 04:05 AM

My '79 Aspen has the typical low point frame rust.Can these types of frames be sectioned and replaced?The only other time I've dealt with this was on a '76 Z28,but I found a guy that had cut out 2 complete rust free frames rails so I bought them,I don't think I'd have that luck with an F body.
