Can anyone give me any suggestions on where I can find NOS/ excellent restored underhood airconditioning lines/hoses for a 69 Charger 500?

NOS lines are probably non-existent.
Your best bet is to have your's restored.
I had mine (70 Coronet) done by classic auto air
The compressor was also converted over to R-134a.
The dryer was replaced with an aftermarket.
and they added a thermostat to replace the old EPR valve in
the compressor...
They did an excellent job, but the cost with shipping
was right at $1000
