What is "Y96" 1969 Plymouth RR
It's on my window sticker but there is nothing in GG White book.
There is nothing on the bc sheet under show car finish
Can anyone help.?

Yes y96 is for 10 gal gas tank.

Has a special order sales order number as well as Y39 on the tag, all the other other Y39 special order spring color cars do not [so-far] have this special s-o designation. I am wondering why. Car was built on march and not sold until September as a new car...I have the paperwork.

In 1969, Sales Code "Y96" indicated "Internal Billing Code" - same as Y95 and Y97. Now... what-da-heck that means, I dunno. There were no other notations on that sheet for those codes.
