69 RR gasket window rolls up into/post car?

I have a 1969 Road Runner that is a post car. The rubber/foam weather strip that wraps up under the windshield frame along underside of roof edge and down the post that the door window rolls up into needs replaced. I don't know if this is even available and what to refer to it as? It is getting rotten in spots along the post side of the strip. If this weather strip is available who has them to purchase? Also are they a pain to change? Thanks for any input. Onebad
