Dude,...you know you opened a can of worms with that question ...1970 B Bodies are screwy..

Usually "tube" jack is California, or St. Louis plant builds

OR

T post jacks are Lynch road cars.....most of the time

You know the "numbers" checkers will bag you at the shows

here's the 70 GTX/RR "T" jack, the hook # SHOULD BE 2931103

Next one ain't pretty, but it's the 70 RR/GTX tube jack,....base should be black, the tube gold zinc plate, and the rachet and hook black, but I have seen rachets gray, but the hook always black on the tube jacks,....but again I'm sure there's variations, or different vendor supplies?

Hey folks! What does a Lynch Road produced, 70 Coronet jack setup look like? I'd imagining like a Charger, but, what about the bumper lift bracket, considering the odd "loopy' front bumper? Thanks!

Year One lists it,...although I'm sure others carry it,.....as far as paint, ehh, Krylon/Dupli-color,...it's just a jack, but if details is the name of the game, Totally Auto offers "jack gray"....the cast beam is dull silver

I have to challenge the black base and black ratchet and hook on 70 b bodies from St.Louis and LA. I own 2 B bodeis from St. Louis and one from LA and all the jacks are tube style with all gray components. I have yet to see any original 70 b body jacks from any of the 3 plants with black components. All I have seen are gray. On 69 earlier I agree with the black parts.

I was asking for the 70 Road runner. The pic of the label have been too small to see the details. SO I was hoping for a pic of the jack and tire iron before the tire was installed.

I was curious if a rubber gasket or bumper is used in the hole of the bracket, and the exact orientation of the jack, and especially the tire iron. Is it held by the plate, or pressure of the tire.

My car did not originally come with the parts, which I have recently acquired. Thank you, G
