Most common color on dipstick handles (1971 340 4bbl )?

What color is the most common for a original dipstick handle on a 71 e-body 340 4bbl..

Body color or black??

Im most intrested in dipstick on orange engines.

Im also intrested in survior pictures.

Orange engine, orange dip stick tube. Blue engines had blue dip stick tubes. All handles were black. The black paint didn't last very well leaving some thinking that some were bare metal.

Thank you.Do you know what kind of black the handles had when they leaved the factory? gloss or satin?
