Anybody know Tom Watts in Oakland who had "Shaker" Cuda? - 07/24/17 09:31 PM

Just saw an old ad for my old Cuda. His name was Tom Watts in Oakland who owned 2 Cuda's named "Shaker". Anybody know him or bought his Cuda's? There was an old ad on Racingjunk.

What were the cars originally? Real Cuda or 318 cars?

He traveled to Washington a few times to race. He wa runner up at the Pomona world finals one time, too bad he didn't win it.

The one I owned that I sold to him was a real 340 Cuda. I saw his trailer for sale on Craigslist last month. Did he pass or got out of Mopars?

Don't know what happened to him, but racing stock/super stock takes time, money, and effort. Especially two 4 speed cars.

I've seen them at the race track in Vegas. I didn't take these photo's I think the owner gave them to me when I talked to him. I worked at the track and think I was just hanging out. I don't recall what the event was, maybe a PCSA event as I recall he was out of California. I wish I had a shot of how he transported them, they were stacked open air on a roll back as I recall

I included the shot of the beater Cuda at the track because I was pretty sure I stopped next to him in the pits when I took that photo. I just spotted this on another board and this was how I remembered them.....

We found his yellow 1970 Cuda driver. She is in rough shape.

Configured to 440 six pack with AAR hood. In its lifetime suffered rear and front damage. Rear rail has been repaired, front left rail was realigned.

Rusted out both front and rear window channels.
