Looking for info JS23V0B283843 once registered in Maine

JS23V0B283843 Looking for previous owner history, broadcast sheet and documentation . I believe this 4 speed Challenger resided in Maine, prior to 2005. After Maine it spent time in Florida and Massachusetts. Originally FE5 red, with white interior, and black vinyl top ; was changed to TX9 black , black interior, and retaining the black vinyl top.
