Who does custom wheel backspacing?

I need a couple of aluminum wheels I have modified and need to know who does this sort of thing. I want to go from 15X10 w/ 5" bs to 15X9 w/ 5" bs. I still don't know why there aren't but just a very few 15X9 wheels available anywhere.

He is pretty good at quoting you thru email. Just make sure you tell him what wheels you have and which side you want cut.


Since it is the outside you want cut I suspect it will cost more than normal.
