tie-rod sleeve clamp

Can you buy tie-rod sleeve clamps separate or only with sleeve?
I noticed that on my new Moog sleeves that one on one side the clamps have bottomed out no clamping force remaining

You could put some shim stock inside the clamp ID to gain some seperation between the 2 ends

Fixed it, just took 3/16ths off each side.
Works great.
