Challenger TA are the wheel wells painted the car color or are they blacked out?

There is probably body color UNDER the FACTORY APPLIED UNDERCOATING ...

what look are you going for , totally incorect trailer poodle/concours(sic) resto or something you actually plan to DRIVE ???
