How do I remove this Horn Ring?????

How do I remove this Horn Ring??????????

Im guessing but arent there screws in the front Between the dash and the wheel?

I have been looking for screws. I do not see any. I tryed pushing and turning, turning, pulling, yelling!! Nothing seems to work.

The center has got to come out and there is a bolt under it. I just use a small screw driver to pop the center out. Ronnie

Yup center vinyl piece comes out first.

the little plastic piece with the dodge or plymouth emblem in the middle comes out first , be careful not to destroy it , then there is a bolt under it.
