Headlight bucket question

I am cloning '72-74 style barracuda fenders into '70 style fenders. I am basically done except I need to weld in the headlight retainer on the drivers side. Is this installed as basically a mirror image of the passengers side? I took some pictures last evening; however without the cord I cannot upload the pictures (I will in a few hours). Following is a picture of the passengers side (I have cleaned this fender up quite a bit and have installed the missing two lower nuts since this picture was taken). Does the spring go in a mirror image on the drivers side? I almost has to but I thought I would ask before welding...
