They are different. Not an easy difference to spot. I'm sure the sleazy sellers are selling the non-rally ones as though they are ralley ones. I've had the same problem with glove box doors. I got SCREWED by a seller on that once for $75.

They are different size and will not interchange. the easy way to tell is the knob on the front is different. Look at some pictures of rally dash and stantard and you will see the differences.
