Which trans pan gasket ?

Does anyone know if the trans pan gasket yearone sells (FD4324) to 727s is the same as the
2464324AC gasket made by nylon over steel in double silicone sealing bead?

Any Year One part number that starts with "FD" is a factory direct part, same as you'd find at your dealer.

The factory gasket has a plastic core, not steel.
