Dearching, previously rearched leaf springs

So, my cuda has had the leaf springs re-arched (by a previous owner) but the car sits WAY to high.

My plan is to have the springs de-arched over the winter.

Anyone see any issues with this plan, or will it screw up the springs because they have been re-arched?
