Are mid-60s' C-bodies uni-body or do they have a frame?

They are a unibody design with a removable front frame subassembly. So unibody from firewall back.

Full frame thru 66. 1967 started same unibodys as the Chrysler, different front sub-frame.

The Imperial was a full frame car through the 1966 model year. The 1967 was the first year unibody Imperial and had a front and rear subframe. (Hemmings Classic Car Sept, 2011)
