727 rock shield/ What size are the bolts?

I picked up a rock shiled/ lower cover for my 727 at Carlisle and want to install it. Can someone provide me with the size of the bolts or teach me a way to measure them? thanks

1/4-20, 1/4" x 20 threads per inch

7/16" hex head and 1/2" free spinning captive washer

'Think' valve cover bolt but with a smaller washer
