Wich way is installed the right way?

I am buttoning up my the rear end for my Super Bee and I have the end play set as per the archives.I have never had a car with the factory style tapered bearing set up and I'm not sure how the lock tab is installed.Is it photo 1 or 2?If not either can someone post a pic of the correct way,thanks guys

Don't know what I'm missing, but both those pictures look the same.

One is on the top bolt the other is on the second one down.Either way looks like it will work,Was wondering how the factory did it

Factory was picture two but as you suggested either will work..
